Wearing loose-fitting, comfortable clothing for ease of movement is recommended. When you arrive at Vitality Place you will be greeted by our friendly staff who will make you feel comfortable and right at home. You will be asked to complete the initial consultation paperwork to provide all the relevant information about yourself and current health status so that your first appointment runs smoothly. Dr Janelle (Chiropractor) will take you through a series of specific questions to determine your level of health, your expectations, and your future health goals.

Following, a chiropractic examination will be performed to locate interference/ dysfunction; a physical and neurological examination will also be performed. For adults, where indicated, radiographs may be advised so we can obtain further information about your spinal health. This time will also be used to establish whether chiropractic is right for you, or whether referral for other services within our network of healthcare professionals is indicated.
